Class starts at 10am
All games start standing. Takedowns score points and are crucial in the BJJ game however it is often neglected.
Starting now, every Sunday there will be a hour class that will teach JUDO and takedowns for BJJ. After that there will be an hour or so of free rolling & open mat.
Open to all levels and all academies this is a great way to spend your Sunday learning new skills & making BJJ friends.
Only £5 as well!!!If you are from another academy, please feel free to wear your academy patched gi to ours. It is not a problem and we have no problems with this at all as under the banner of BJJ we are all the same. We welcome all to train together in our HQ in RIO and we do the same here in GFTEAM London.
