Judo Throws Seminar For BJJ 19th August 2012

Instructor Gabriel ran through techniques of Judo throws and trips that he has modified to suit the competition game of BJJ.
It was a great and a HOT 3 hour seminar with attendees from all levels, belts and academies.

We now have a competition class on Wednesday evenings at 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
Its a 1 hour session where we do  situational sparring, normal sparring and brush up on competition etiquette and rules.
A definitely must for anyone wanting to compete or is interested in the competition point scoring system.
