1st GFTEAM interclub competition

Aimed at more novice competitors who want a taste of competing in Brazilian Jujitsu.
Rules are as follows:
Each bout will be 1x5min round in duration

All bouts are scored as IBJJF Gi rules.

All entries are £10 per head £5 per spectator
All weight categories will be limited to 8 fighters per section.

 Open weight absolute will be an additional category £10 per entry winner takes all cash prize (second category only which means you must have already taken part in your own weight category)

 Trophies will be awarded for First & Second. Third place recieves a Certificate
