We now have a competition class on Wednesday evenings at 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
Its a 1 hour session where we do situational sparring, normal sparring and brush up on competition etiquette and rules.
A definitely must for anyone wanting to compete or is interested in the competition point scoring syst...
